SENSORY ANALYSIS LABORATORY

The laboratory of Sensory Analysis of ITAP is active in the organoleptic evaluation of foodstuffs to implement the Institute’s research programs and to provide analytical services to companies and individuals. Also in Sensory Analysis Laboratory of ITAP, a group of tasting experts for the organoleptic evaluation of table olives, which is to be accredited, has been trained for the first time in Greece.
