On behalf of and in cooperation with food companies, ITAP undertakes the study for the optimization of the characteristics of commercially available food products. ITAP provides solutions to problems that may occur during the production process either on safety and quality of commercially available products. The experienced and qualified staff of ITAP monitors and evaluates the food products on the premises of the companies. Targeting to optimization of the commercially available products and in cooperation with the company, the problems are identified and addressed through proposed modifying actions in the production of the food products.
